Hey there, Gym Owners!
Here's a quick question: are you a Needer or a Wanter? 🤔
Most folks haven't even considered this question before, so if you're scratching your head, no worries. We'll break it down.
You see, in this world, there are two types of people: Needers and Wanters.
Needers make up a whopping 99% of the world's population. They're folks who are driven by external forces. They yearn for safety and spend their time reacting to the world around them, tackling problems and jumping at opportunities as they come.
What's more, they look at life through a lens of scarcity. They think there's only so much to go around, and because of that, they find themselves competing with everyone else, trying to snatch up their piece of the pie.
Sound familiar?
Now, Wanters. They're a unique bunch, making up only 1% of the world. These are people who are fueled by their internal motivations. They don't seek security; instead, they chase freedom.
And guess what? They see the world as a place brimming with opportunity, and they approach problems and opportunities with creativity. Wanters don't scramble to react; they choose to create.
Plus, Wanters embrace an abundance mindset. They believe there's more than enough to go around, and so, they don't see everyone as competitors. Instead, they see potential partners for collaboration.
The big difference? They want to be successful.
If you're aiming for success in all aspects of your life—your family, your personal growth, your business, and your spiritual life—you don't just need success. You've got to want it.
Needing success is like needing air. It's essential, sure, but it doesn't inspire much beyond survival.
Wanting success, on the other hand, is a game-changer. If you want success, you're not justifying it to anyone. It's a deep desire that pushes you to become world-class at what you do. And guess what? No one needs to be world-class at anything - they want it.
Wanting success is like wanting to climb the tallest mountain or wanting to run the hardest marathon. It's not about survival - it's about thriving.
You want to create the best gym that anyone's ever seen. You want to provide the highest quality service. You want to stand out from the crowd.
And me? I want to help people who want to change their world and the world they live in.
In short: To shift from being a Needer to a Wanter, you must decide to change how you look at the world. Seek freedom over security. Embrace an abundance mindset. Be creative with your opportunities and problems, and choose collaboration over competition.
So, are you ready to make that shift? Are you ready to join the 1% and become a true Wanter?
If you are, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. Let's change the world, one gym at a time.
